Participants may choose either date. \nAbout the Workshop\nThe EOD Warrior Foundation is partnering with O2X Human Performance to offer Operator Syndrome: Recognize\, Respond\, Recover\, a virtual workshop focused on Operator health and human performance. \nThis course equips participants with the knowledge to recognize and respond to Operator Syndrome—the constellation of medical\, psychological\, and quality-of-life effects associated with a career of high operational tempo. \nParticipants will explore the science of allostatic load and cumulative operational stress\, along with the distinct risks associated with repetitive blast exposure versus single-event traumatic brain injury (TBI)\, including its connection to auditory processing disorder. \nSubject-Matter Experts\nMike Fox | O2X Lead InstructorMike brings a 24-year career in the Naval Special Operations Community\, including multiple combat deployments at the highest level.
