Participants may choose either date. \nAbout the Workshop\nThe EOD Warrior Foundation is partnering with O2X Human Performance to offer Operator Syndrome: Recognize\, Respond\, Recover\, a virtual workshop focused on Operator health and human performance. \nThis course equips participants with the knowledge to recognize and respond to Operator Syndrome—the constellation of medical\, psychological\, and quality-of-life effects associated with a career of high operational tempo. \nParticipants will explore the science of allostatic load and cumulative operational stress\, along with the distinct risks associated with repetitive blast exposure versus single-event traumatic brain injury (TBI)\, including its connection to auditory processing disorder. \nSubject-Matter Experts\nMike Fox | O2X Lead InstructorMike brings a 24-year career in the Naval Special Operations Community\, including multiple combat deployments at the highest level. DESCRIPTION:Join the EOD Warrior Foundation for a meaningful two-day remembrance event at Arlington National Cemetery as we honor the EOD Technicians laid to rest there and remember those who remain Missing in Action. \nWith special permission from Arlington National Cemetery\, volunteers will place flowers and “We Remember” tags at the graves of more than 320 EOD Technicians. The Foundation will also honor the more than 80 EOD Technicians who remain Missing in Action through the placement of a special EOD wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. \nVolunteers may participate on Friday\, Saturday\, or both days. This is a family-friendly event\, and all are welcome to help us ensure that the service and sacrifice of our EOD warriors are remembered. \nFriday\, October 16\, 2026 \n\n9:30–11:00 a.m. — Placement of “We Remember” flowers and tags\n12:15 p.m. — EOD wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier\n1:00–3:00 p.m. — Placement of “We Remember” flowers and tags\n\nShuttle transportation will be available Friday to assist volunteers traveling throughout Arlington National Cemetery and to and from the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. \nSaturday\, October 17\, 2026 \n\n9:30–11:00 a.m. — Placement of “We Remember” flowers and tags\n\nA limited number of Arlington National Cemetery vehicle passes will be available for Saturday volunteers. \nPlease register by October 7 to help us coordinate volunteer assignments\, transportation\, and access. \nTogether\, we will remember their names\, honor their service\, and ensure their sacrifice is never forgotten.
