About the Workshop
The EOD Warrior Foundation is partnering with O2X Human Performance to offer Operator Syndrome: Recognize, Respond, Recover, a virtual workshop focused on Operator health and human performance.
This course equips participants with the knowledge to recognize and respond to Operator Syndrome—the constellation of medical, psychological, and quality-of-life effects associated with a career of high operational tempo.
Participants will explore the science of allostatic load and cumulative operational stress, along with the distinct risks associated with repetitive blast exposure versus single-event traumatic brain injury (TBI), including its connection to auditory processing disorder.
