MSG. John F. Faulkner was killed on 18 September 1947. MSG Faulkner was assigned as a bomb disposal technician to the 558th Ordnance Medium Automotive Maintenance Company. MSG Faulkner was killed while carrying out bomb disposal operations in the area of Bad Aibling Germany.
